I am a regular reader of the Viral Garden but when I first saw this post, I assumed it was going to be limited to marketing/branding related blogs. Just before Christmas though I saw that Hypebot had jumped on to this, so why not. I’m planning on promoting this site more in the new year and this is as good as any way to start things off.

Here’s the deal: In an effort to bring more link-love to those blogs that I feel aren’t getting their due, I’ve created a small list of blogs below that I’ve linked to. The idea is to create a meme built around giving link-love to the blogs that deserve it, and hopefully turn Technorati’s system of using a blog’s # of links to determine its ‘authority’, on its ear.

Viral Garden is a great source for ideas related to not only marketing your business in general, but they have featured some great music specific posts in the past few months including:

I’d say they’re fans of free music too, another plus in my books.
