UPDATE: This is the full, uncut version of the Bob Lefsetz interview. This is exclusive to the web, it will not be aired on televsion.

I mention him on numerous occasions, now you can see what he looks like, hear what he sounds like. You can watch his segment with George Stroumboulopoulos over on The Hour’s site and then visit Mr. Lefsetz’s site to read about the taping.

From The Hour’s site:

Bob Lefsetz is the author of “The Lefsetz Letter.” Tens of thousands of people subscribe to his letter and he also has a weekly podcast which over 40 thousand people tune into listen.

Lefsetz addresses the issues that are at the core of the music business: downloading, copy protection, pricing and the music itself.

“The Lefsetz Letter” has been publishing for the past 20 years. First as hard copy, most recently as an email newsletter and now, for the first time, in blog form.

  3. < ![CDATA[I don't care enough to defend the guy - and I can't recall the clip or the Zep comment now at all - but I think part of the reason I enjoy reading his blog is because of his arrogance. Guy says whatever he feels regardless of others opinions and that can make for a good read.

Perhaps I should have re-watched the clip though]]>
