Soooooooo……..
Their Majesties have decided in light of their drummer search and other personal interests that for the immediate future their focus will not be so much on the band. They are not breaking up or calling it quits, but they will mainly be sticking close to home for the timing being. Daniel has decided that he will be returning to school in the fall and thus serious touring and all that good stuff will no longer be an option. They will continue writing and working on new material – this is definitely not intended to be the end of things.

For us [Joi and I] though it is the end – the guys have no need for us anymore [at least not doing anything we'd want to do - sickos] – I’m kind of sad and Joi is disappointed [she feels like she's been dumped! haha ]but we both completely understand. Joi summed it up nicer than I could:

I believe they have a lot of potential within the music business but I also believe as individuals they would have lots of potential outside the music business and it is their choice to pursue their potential as they see best.

I sometimes hate it when she’s right. I think that was one of the two best things about working with these guys, the raw talent they had ensured they had a fighting chance at least. [The other thing was their openness to new ideas/"experimenting" - "" for Andrew].

But here’s to the guys achieving everything they deserve – and hopefully sticking with the music to some degree because not doing so would just be a shame.
