SoundExchange’s latest offer just a “stay of execution”
No internet radio stations are not very impressed - nor are most people covering the story - here’s one sample:

Here’s what we think: The Internet radio “Day of Silence” last week caught the attention of the media, listeners, and most importantly, Congress. SoundExchange knows that if July 15 rolls around without some sort of reprieve, many stations will shut down, and legislators may turn on. In fact, that was the warning given by Rep. Inslee just last week.

The cynical viewpoint, then, is that SoundExchange would rather drag out this drama and win by attrition.

The wondering was over whether UMG would or wouldn’t pull their catalogue from iTunes - looks like they won’t for now but everything seems up in the air still as they will provide their music on a month to month basis essentially.
