scorates quote

We just did a few small projects over the summer that helped work out kinks and showed us any issues we needed to address going forward. But we have been very busy all the same

Besides just doing client work, one of our goals is to improve the communities we are part of - including yours' if we work together. We believe that the more we do, the more we can bring to the table for you, our clients, and the greater understanding we have of your business issues.

Thus, we run internal projects aimed at addressing all the above: some are purely for fun, some are actual businesses like our soon to relaunch crowdfunding site for musicians.

Crowdfunding for Musicians

Launching later this year we are revamping a previously launched crowdfunding service for musicians. The site was programmed by us from scratch, there is a complete visual redesign coming, and a new focus/brand strategy in addition to a comprehensive social media marketing plan. The site is still live in its' former incarnation so we are not ready to share just yet....but soon.

The goal of the site is more money to more musicians. Not exactly how the current industry thinks or works. We're building a system that helps bands realize where they are in their career, develop goals accordingly, select the best crowdfunding/direct-to-fan options to achieve their goals, manage the whole process and help maintain ongoing relationships with their fans based on various fan segements. We truly cannot wait to share this with you - especially if you are a musician.

For potential clients, you will see a great showcase of what we can do with a little vision and some blood, sweat and tears.

HFX50+

One of our goals is to celebrate those able to embrace change and drive change for the better. We will highlight the unique and innovative in the city that can inspire us all and serve as (role) models. Thus inspired by All Day Buffet's NYC100, we are launching an annual list called the HFX50+.

There will be 5 categories for the HFX50+:

  1. Food & the Environment
  2. Technology & Innovation
  3. Art & Culture
  4. Business & Non-Profit
  5. Social & Design
